Made the switch from Waste Management a month ago. Rates are significantly cheaper and they always make sure to sit my can upright and neat after emptying it. Great service.

We switched to Red River over a year ago after experiencing numerous issues with Rumpke.  Every week my garbage is picked up on-time, the employees are always beyond courteous if I am outside while they are there, and they always place our empty cans back on our driveway neatly.  The employees they have on the roads are the reason we will never switch!  Keep up the good work!

I have used this service for approximately 2 1/2 years and I am getting ready to cancel only due to the fact that I am moving to a state that RRWS does not service.  I have seen a lot of negative reviews on here.  In the past 2 1/2 years I have not had any issues.  I would remind people that if there is a federal holiday or a significant snowfall that service is probably going to be delayed.

Very affordable, good service even when boxes get blow away by the wind they go out of their way to clean it up.
