Waste Management - Elizabethtown Hauling

Service is ridiculously expensive. Other providers offer rates at 25% of what I was being charged through Waste Management. What a rip off!!

This company works off of assumptions. They assume that you are going to continue service with them. They bill three months in advance but they do not let you know that if you no longer want their service you have to call in and cancel. The representative that I spoke with stated it's like a cell phone you wouldn't just up and leave and expect not to pay the bill. Well good sir a cell phone you are under a contract and it is pointed out that in order to stop being billed you will need to cancel service. With this "Trash" company you call say I want service and they say okay. There are no contracts there are no stipulations about canceling. I moved on from them and then 60+ days later I receive a collections call for $40.00 without receiving notification from the company. After five years of being a loyal customer and you want to to talk to me about assumptions. Company is screwed up.

I signed up less than a month ago. Never got the can that I paid for, then get a bill that is loaded with "fees" that the sales rep on the phone never mentioned. When I have called for help, the employees are short with me including arguing with me that the can was delivered even though I clearly told them it was not. I regret signing up and will most likely switch back soon.

Worst service I've ever had. Kept jacking my bill up and claiming I had a contract with them. Switched to Waste Transport three or four years ago and charges are still the same and much better service.
