Horrible customer service.  Horrible service all around, skipped several times during service.  Never recieved one invoice and treated like I was ignorant when inquiring about service renewal and standing balance.  Completely disgusted with their lack of concern to make things right or at least try to show compassion or patience.  Only because they are the only option for service in the area, I have another option and will use that. Thank you for showing me the true colors of your business.
