Waste Management - Louisville Dumpster Rental

I ordered a Dumpster 9 days prior to be delivered, I got a confirmation ticket number and it never showed. I called 3 times and got 3 very nice but useless individuals, they are a waste and need management.

Service is ridiculously expensive. Other providers offer rates at 25% of what I was being charged through Waste Management. What a rip off!!

NEVER, EVER USE WASTE MANAGEMENT! I wish I could give them zero stars!!! I switched to WM from Rumpke and paid for a year in advance to get a slightly reduced rate. I did not expect to move, but life happens and I ended up moving after 8 1/2 months. When I cancelled my service, I was told IN WRITING that I would get a refund of the remaining balance paid. I cancelled my service on 11/11/16. It is now 1/27/17 and I am still fighting with them to get my refund! At this point, I have given up all hope of ever receiving it! Customer Service is horrible!! I submitted requests for status updates every couple of weeks. Now they will not even respond to my requests! They are so rude and unprofessional! How would they like it if one of their service providers treated them the way they treated me??? STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

Horrible service and pathetic drivers. They have to have the laziest drivers ever, I would argue that most probably don't have an 8th grade education. God forbid you put something in your trash can that "isn't in a bag", and if something breaks, they leave it on the road and drive over it. Waiting for a call to complain, and then a week later they open a dispatch ticket to address. I have found that just calling 311 from a cell phone and the department of city highways will come and clean up the mess that Waste Management has left behind. I would give them -5 stars if I could. This is ONLY the Louisville Metro area. I had WasteManagement in Richmond, ky and had zero issues and the collectors were nice/polite. Not the same in Louisville....
