Rumpke Waste & Recycling

My fiancee and I realized that we had not received a bill in months when Rumpke quit picking our garbage up. Shortly after, I received a disconnect notice in the mail. I quickly mailed off my payment and low and behold there was a bill in the mail the next day for services for the next three months. I was not worried about this bill since I had just paid for all services. The check came out of my account on the 24th of this month. Rumpke however failed to pick my garbage up this morning because my account had just been shut off. So I called and spoke with Stephanie at the call center and she was amazing. She was extremely polite and understanding. At the end of our call I asked to speak to a manager when she informed me that while she had reactivated my service, Rumpke would not be out until next week. I am sorry, but I received NO bills, or late notices. Just an immediate disconnect notice, followed by a bill the next day. I immediately paid my bill as quickly as possible and my service should have been tuned on shortly after that. I am extremely disappointed in this service. Yes, it was my fault that I did not realize sooner than I did that I had not received a bill. I accept that. However, I feel as though Rumpke should have at least sent me a bill, like they were supposed to. This would have all been avoided. I think I will begin to look for services elsewhere. Edit: After paying the past due balance, and the next three months, I received yet another bill in the mail asking for another three months. I will be calling to cancel my service and go with someone else.

Their service used to be good, but lately they just don't care even if their clients have problems. I have been paying my bill on time, I Had no problem until i signed up for an account online. I have stopped receiving paper bill in mail. I have been in contact with local office about this issue and every time they tell me they have fixed the problem for past 6 months. I am getting tired of going to local office every month to pick up the bill and again to pay the bill. I guess if don't receive paper bill any more I will not be paying my bill and Rumpke will be responsible for it and to pick up trash.

I am glad we switched to Rumpke . Saving money and the service is fantastic and the office gal was super nice and gave me the price no haggling.. thanks Rumpke ☺

Clearly even after you pay your bill couple days late they still.didnt pick up the trash the next week when I had it put out theses drivers need start paying attention in the morning this is the 2-3rd time this has happened wonder why back in the day everyone just burn their own.trash then.wouldnt have to worry abouy wasting money on.someone thats.not gonna.do their job correctly stupid laws bout burning trash these days I swear fyi this is in Elizabethtown ky area seriously

They use to be fantastic but their service has gone down hill. Their employee tipped our can then proceeded to throw the trash in front of our house-in our driveway-in our front yard. Canceled service :-(
