i have always been very pleased with Scott Waste until now.  and you know that it just takes being lied to once and your attitude totally changes.  then when you are lied to again, you don't trust the company any more.  Last Thursday, 2/22/2018 our road was flooded, so i completely understood why our trash wasn't picked up.  I called in and was told a driver would come by Friday and pick it up.  That didn't happen.  So Monday, 2/26 i called in and was told a driver would come by and pick it up.  Again it didn't happen.  So i called in again today 2/27 and was told Sorry we will be there during our normal pickup.  that would have been a fine answer last Thursday, i could have made other arrangements instead of trash being scattered in yard, can full of water and more rain coming.

Don't trust what they tell you!

Absolutely terrible and not worth the astronomical price you have to pay. It started out as one price and continues to rise with zero notice or justification. $114+ every 90 days is ridiculous. Not to mention, the customer service is severely lacking; you can't get anyone on the line without being placed on hold for ten or so minutes, never speaking to anyone. You also never know if they'll pick up your trash on the day it's scheduled. It's a toss up. I'm done and looking for a new service. Just done! I expected more professionalism from this company. I was sadly disappointed.

They have bad attitudes want pick our garbage up for two weeks ain't that nice. They said put all your garbage by the road, I live in the country who's gonna pick it up after the animals get it everywhere,I don't see why they couldn't pick us up the picked up four houses from ours and stopped They only had ten more stops on that route and the roads weren't bad like they claimed I think they need new management,they supervisor should run on the routes they didn't get it just wrong how they do people. I'm going with monarch better prices.

Instead of using the road, they are making a path diagonally across my front yard to get the elderly neighbor's trash. This morning the truck came from the opposite direction and the worker drug the "FULL CAN OF TRASH" across my front yard. [You Must Be Kidding]!!!! I've reported this more than once. I'll be ready and waiting to talk to the driver because they allow these young people to do this. Also, Scott Waste should get serious about all the low ratings they are receiving and meet with their employees concerning their extremely poor service, unless they never read them.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Always give someone a second chance.... but no one ever says give them a 10th chance!!
