Did good for almost a year. Now they won't pick up our trash. I call every week to try and motivate the driver, but for some reason they forget every week

This place is a joke . I pay my bill i am never late.  I have not got my trash picked up in 2 weeks this is a ongoing issue  . I call and they say they will write a ticket  for driver and someone will be there and it nover happens  . 
I was told that there is no reason  why but my trash has not one time been picked up when i was told i live  in a house of 7 and trash backs up and all they do is lie  to you so you will  stop calling . Monday  April  30th is trash day and it is may 11 and i have talked with them everyday  and was promised  it would be picked up yesterday  and it is still here . I called and the very hateful  lady that promised  me yesterday  it would be picked up said today she dont know when it will be and she will not give me a date . They are not professional  at  all . She also said i could take my trash there and drop it off . Lol i thought that was why i just paid them 90.00 dollars  so i didnt have to do that .. please look at other companies  before  choosing  this one . Its been 6 months  of on the phone everyday and nothing being done the people  that work at prinstion  ky office  have no care. The manager  at that office  must get paid for nothing due to everyday for the last 6 weeks he had been out of town or he is not in the office and i never have had a call back . So good luck but they dont derisive  your trash  . Its more work to have them do it then you drop ot off somewhere  everyday .. they are a joke ..

Freedom Waste stopped picking up my trash even though I have paid several months in advance.  I called and was told by customer support they would leave a note for the driver to pick it up as soon as possible.  Going on 4 weeks later and several phone calls, my trash has not been picked up.  I asked for a manager who was not there to give me a call.  He or she has not called yet.

They pick up the trash, the bill is confusing, especially when I pay for 9 months but they do pick up the trash and they pick up a non FWS trash can when you are full. Hey it's better than burning it and running it to the dump especially when you live where I live. Those other reviewers sound salty, they are just salty crybabies, look at those screen names they don't even have respect for themselves.

I dont know what's going on but my trash isn't being picked up and the truck came though my road twice. This isn't the first time this has happened and I put my Herbie out the night before  what gives!!!!
