Hall's Waste Management

As a small family business owner I’m tryin to spend my money locally and get away from corporations. Threw the years I’ve watched halls grow. I was excited to see a truck in my area capable of dumping dumpsters. This morning I called and left a message inquiring about a dumpster. They called back a couple hours later. (This is a family business they don’t have a call center in India taking calls that you can’t understand. Give them break) a very friendly office personnel help get us set up. We choose a two yard dumpster, not surprised they didn’t have any available because of there growth and competitive rates they can’t get them in fast enought. They gave us multiple cans to get us by until our new dumpster gets in. We are happily waiting for our new halls dumpster and very excited to see the growth of a home grown local family business. Thank you for taking care of us until our dumpster arrives!

They came faithfully. But they drive like maniacs and swing bats at my dogs. 😐. I live in the county. They need to drive more carefully and respect the clients property.

I have used Hall's waste collection service since they began and must say I'm 110% satisfied. Through the many years they have always been reliable and dependable. Communication is excellent. They have always left a notice on my trash can or a phone message whenever a pickup day has to be adjusted due to holidays. And cost is very competitive and reasonable.

The company should send out a back-up message (text, email) other than voice message when the pick-up schedule is changing due to holiday or unforeseen events. Never received the voice mail that was said to be sent and now I have to pay extra to take my garbage to the dump. Disappointed.

I have been a customer of Mr. Hal since he began his business. I have always gotten excellent service.
