Do not purchase Waste Path services, I have been a customer of theirs for 3+ years. They didn't pick up my trash at the normal time they pick up, so I called and come to find out. They came earlier due to new customers, and that they couldn't pick up my trash due to the fact they already serviced my area. They wouldn't provide me with a refund after prepaying 6 months of service. Might I add the supervisor, said I was threatening her employee after asking how I could cancel the rest of my services. I had been with Waste path for over 3 years. They are cheap, but not reliable, consistent, and friendly!!! Go else where please.

I would not recommend their service to anyone! Last week they only emptied half my can and left broken glass everywhere from slamming the can. We were told it would be addressed (not in a professional manner) and we could put two cans out this week. Today when they picked up they did not take the cardboard that was beside the can. We have been specifically told to stack beside the can. When I called the lady said it would clog the garbage truck. So now you can't throw cardboard away unless it's in the can. I wish they could get their facts strait so you get the same answer. Countless times they skip pick up days. I guess it's true when you hear "you get what you pay for". They might be a little cheaper but I would rather pay more and save myself the headache each week.

Great company with a brand new customer service and management team. It seems to me that people only write reviews when they don't get their way and are angry. Silly when if you're nice and let them work with you, they tend to bend over backwards for their customers. Now if you yell and cuss and carry on without giving them a chance to help... there's really nothing they can do. "you catch more flies with honey"

We cancelled service due to the fact that they called us and told us that our two cans were too close together and the drivers were upset about this. I asked if I should get a tape measure to measure exactly how many inches apart they would need them to not upset the driver! I guess that would explain why they threw our cans out onto the street and missed several pick ups throughout the year as well as not emptying the full can on most occasions. Additionally, it has been five weeks since we cancelled and they have yet to pick up their cans. I told them I would dispose of the cans myself and they said they would fine me for this. Maybe my attorney should bill them for missed pick ups and storage!

I signed up for trash service today. The man I spoke with over the phone was very nice and very helpful. He explained everything to me very thoroughly. The cost for my trash service is much less than what it was when I was with the other local trash service. The other service charged $50 per month and Waste Path is $50 every three months.
