My nephew has a disability. They have taken advantage of him and my sister. They asked for a new pair of glasses and the people there ordered the wrong pair. They messed up on his prescription and they told my sister to "buck up and get used to it." They told her Medicaid only pays for one pair of glasses per year and couldn't order a new pair for him . Unprofessional. Rude. Would NEVER recommend anyone to this place.

The staff is very friendly and the doctor's actually take time to talk with the patients about their concerns.

My girls and I moved to Blackfoot and needed an Eye Dr and they were able to get us in right away. I was so thankful that I didn't have to drive to Idaho Falls anymore.
