I heard about this company through a good friend of mine. She boasted so much about the services and the care that I wanted to give it a try. I knew I had a hearing loss but never really took care of it because of my appearance and I am young. She encouraged me to get it taken care of before it got worse. First of all the office was immaculate. Clean and pristine. There is a wonderful woman sitting in the front once you walk in who is courteous and very friendly. When it was time for me to see Dr. Bozsik she was very informative and took her time explaining my hearing test and the options of treatment that were best for me. I demo the hearing aid in the office and I was blown away! I am so happy with my experience with hearing aids. She made me feel comfortable. I wish I could give this a 10 star. They treat you like VIP!!

Excellent, seamless service. My doctor knew exactly what she was talking about. It was amazing to get a first-time screening appointment for free so that they could check to make sure I didn’t have hearing issues before I spent a lot of money on another clinic. I thought I had hearing issues as it runs in my family, and I had been struggling. The audiologist suggested I see an ENT in case there’s fluid in my middle and inner ear, which could be the culprit for sensitivity. Overall felt very good and confident about the level of care I received once I left!

Was treated with 100 percent professionalism. Testing was comfortable and many tests were done to give me a proper diagnosis. Looking forward to finalize my treatment with well needed hearing aids so I can start communicating again with out constantly saying the words WHAT DID YOU SAY Thankyou for you service

One week lead time for appointment. Convenient location on CPW and 74th st. Friendly, professional receptionist, and Sarah audiologist is amazing. Asks lots of questions to determine your needs and proclivities. Precise technician who understands the latest tech in hearing aids. Highly recommend!
