I was having trouble hearing out of left ear due to built up cerumen from excessive ear pod use. Dr. Scharf was kind and was able to remove the build up rather quickly. The staff was friendly and I was in and out the office within 30 minutes. It's rare you find any health clinic that respects your time as much as they did for me.

fabulous help ...needed a missing piece for my hearing aid and it was delivered in less than a half hour!! certainly deserves 5 stars. they are the best! H.

We were taken promptly at our appointed time, the staff were all friendly. Dr. Sharf explained what was happening during the examination, and in consultation afterwards gave clear explanations of what the results meant, giving us as much time as we felt we needed. She gave us confidence that we were getting sound advice.

My son in law highly recommended Jake Marsden for my new hearing aids. Over the years I was never truly happy with at least four different sets of hearing aids.
