Great experience today. I checked in and was the only one waiting. When my turn, they showed me to locker area for my belongings and then MRI time. The lady was very nice. She handed me a disc afterwards with all my MRI photos and said my dr will have a report in 1-2 days.
Friendly staff in the front office. The technician that did the MRI was great. They got good quality pictures and had results sent to my doctor within 2 days. Highly recommend.
Horrible, predatory billing practices. Paid my statement in full by mail only option. Immediately threatened collection because they are too incompetent to have a online billing portal. They allowed less than 2 weeks for it to arrive before threatening collections.
Scheduling was a breeze. They took care of all prior auths, and helped my husband when he didn’t have his ID they accepted a picture of it. He had a great experience. I will absolutely recommend patients to come here for all their MRI needs!
