Tried to get information on a recent bill sent via my phone. Called and was told my bill was zero dollars. Phone rep would not answer my question to help me understand why I was billed if balance was zero. Felt she was rude and abrupt. Requested a bill for me to review. What happened to customer service?
I have to put in my 2 cents lol I have not been to riverside in columbus but 2+2=4 and realized they r somehow connected to the hospital I use in athens and the tests were done there and I was treated great and was not unhappy in anyway. So thank u!
Zero stars. Like all the others reviewing this place....I have collection people calling. I don't remember ever being there. If I were....I have insurance. I should have no bill. Wonder how many people pay ...that must be why they do it. What a scam
