I had a pretty extensive ear surgery yesterday. I was pretty nervous about the entire thing. My Nurses, Anesthesiologist,Doctor took such good care of me. It made the experience so much better. They were all caring and personable. I’m very appreciative for all of them. They all made this surgery that much better for me. Thank you to all the staff!
Such a great experience! Every person was very happy, helpful and quick! I was made very comfortable the entire time! Very short wait times with everyone running on time according to my scheduled times! Every employee seemed to work well together too! Would definitely Recommend!
I was there for not even one full day and they want me to pay a $2,000 "facility fee". I was there for just a matter of hours. IDK how these people sleep at night. I guess they stuff their mattresses with money. The person I spoke with told me they could break it up into 10 monthly payments. Yeah, sure, I can just shell out another $200 per month during these rough times that are going to get rougher! No problem! And, again, I wasn't even there for a full day, just a matter of hours. I even recall that I didn't take the anesthesia well and was sleeping after the procedure, and THEY RUSHED ME OUT BECAUSE I WAS SLEEPING TOO LONG FOR THEIR LIKING! I was so out of it, I nearly fell over when they had me move. I was only there a few hours, but they still had to rush me out and now they want $2,000 for the honor!
This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with a surgery center , nurses and anesthesia were amazing they listened to my concerns and were extremely caring and nice.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Ohio Surgery Center. From the front desk staff to the pre-op nurses to Dr. Fenerlin, the anaesthesologist, everyone was kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He even gave us a teddy bear for my daughter in post-op. I was terrified to have my surgery but they all listened, provided excellent care and made my day as easy as they could have. I would never hesitate to receive care there again! Excellent, excellent facility in all ways!
Made the mistake of traveling to a blue city Columbus/Franklin County for a minor surgery for our son. Since some folks are in fear of Covid, the precautions were ridiculous. Red cities and counties are not pushing these bs requirements. We made it a point to only deal with doctor offices that do not require Covid tests, masks or temperature checks, but forgot to ask because we thought the ridiculousness was over. We were told it was a requirement but yet other cities, doctor offices and counties are not requiring. Funny how a few miles changes the rules. We will not be back nor could we ever recommend them. They obviously caved to the political hype and believe the lies of the media. We deal with thousands of people on a daily basis - not vaxed or masked. We know countless people who have had Covid including ourselves. It’s a cold or flu at best. We expressed that we were against being masked, temperature checked or asked questions about medical history. We were denied access unless we submitted to this. We also had to sign a waiver if we were exposed to Covid. Complete and utter nonsense.
My doctor was great thou afterwards alot standing around in a group talking of nothing important. They couldn't understand why I was so hungry since had to stop eating before surgery and decided like any other man before they hungry angry to walk next door to Bob Evans..amazing she follows me told me I didn't have keys to drive and I said I know my wife has them .I'm hungry did you eat breakfast.
Absolutely amazing place! We took our 4year old to have tonsils and adenoids removed and they were so kind and warming there! This was his first surgery and they made him feel so comfortable before and also after the surgery. The facility was super clean and well organized. Also, his nurse, Rachel, was absolutely amazing!!! So sweet and caring!
Center was VERY busy, processing many young children the morning we went but they have it down to a science. My 13 mo daughter in for tubes in both ears. They book babies earliest due to lack of understanding as to why we won’t feed them! I was impressed with the ability to check us all in for “surgery” so quickly, timing our trip to the pre-op rooms and then a play-by-play into our kiddos procedure. Our anesthesiologist was so kind and thorough, loved him! My baby even received a super soft teddy to take home, which she actually cuddles. If you must have an operation done, even in a high volume center, I highly recommend Ohio Surgery Center.
The nurses were so kind and helpful! The staff made me feel comfortable even when I was in a little pain after my surgery and cheered me on, which was so sweet.
