Proscan Imaging

I have been here for a few scans and X-rays. All the technicians and staff are very good. Technician Will really helped me stay calm and gave me updates on how long each part of the scan would take. They were accommodating and I was able to schedule my scan so Will would be there to do my scan.

So very easy. No difficulty at all. Very nice staff and facility. Easy to get to. I am impressed.

Everyone from registration to MRI techs were friendly. MRI tech knowledgeable and efficient. Area was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

In the height Of COVID over 7,000 cases a dayfront desk staff not wearing a mask because “people can’t hear them on the phone”....I don’t know, maybe figure it out? My husband bought a microphone to go underneath his mask to project his voice to his students. Find a solution to keep your patients safe.

Friendly people, very clean and convenient location. Although wait time was longer but understandable during this time... well sanitized place. Thank you for providing good service.
