Very professional!!! Took time to explain the different things he was inspecting. Went into detail of what he thought I should request to be fixed and what would be easy for me to fix. At the end of the inspection he handed me a three ring binder with the inspection inside that also had tons of information on repairs and inspecting the different things a homeowner should know. My favorite part of the book is the my home section which you fill with upgrades paint and even has a section that you can draw in the layout of each room. I high recommend if I ever need an inspection again I will be in contact!!!

First, the inspection started on time as scheduled.  Secondly, I was impressed by not only the systematic review of the systems and structure, but when completed, Steve explained with patience, the report and the findings.  Explaining the extent of issues and answering all my questions.  The report was presented on a large monitor which made it easy to view, and a hard copy was provided.  Thirdly, the inspector was professional and personable.  Steve communicated very well and encouraged my questions.  Very pleasant and very satisfactory experience in home inspections. Our inspector was on time, provided my husband and I photos of our property. He went into detail all of the ailments that were insufficient. I was glad we could ask him questions. When he finished reviewing our case we received a binder with the full inspection, photos and personal inspector notes. It was very clear to see what needed to be improved, the font was colored red. Super helpful. As a first time home owner, I felt I was getting a great service.

Great company! My Realtor referred me, saying these guys were her favorite, and I can see why. They are super thorough, very honest, and really talk through the results with you so you know what to worry about. Great experience - I'd definitely use them again!

Great service. Report was very complete and wasn't just a list of quirky meaningless items that an inspector had on his list. This report focused on only the real items. In addition...it didn't blow the small items out of proportion. Just explained them in clear language. Larger items were exained well also with recommendation for contractor inspection. It was concise and ultimately lead us to realize this fixer upper was more complex than we wanted to get into. A well written document that helped us make a potentially life changing decision. Seems well worth the money to me. Thank you Advange Inspection.
