Dalkia Aegis was able to resolve some issues we previously had. Kim Lyons did a fantastic job as mediator between organizations and really listened to the customer needs. The Engineering Department from Dalkia Aegis was great and was able to troubleshoot our system and got it to work as intended. Granted, in systems this complex and with so many moving parts, there are always going to be things that require constant attention and maintenance. Thanks.
