Chicopee Electric Light

I always go in to the facility to pay my bill with cash. I received a bill saying I had a past due amount. I went in to the electric company and I inquired about the bill. I was told there wasn't a payment made since December and it's now March. I tild them there's no way. And I was told to bring the receipt that I cannot find. I must have thrown it away. Unbelievable...

heres what you do when a bill is in your mail box, no mattert what bill it is. if you can visit the company you owe money to, visit and pay asap. or send a good check that is usually has record on your bank statement of being paid....... or pay online, but... this online stuff puts somebody out of a job. the best excuse is NO excuse.

Just tried to pay my bill. I entered the information requested several times and the system stated it could not find the bill.

My bill was only 50 dollars was due june 6th its the 8th today 2 days late and they shut me off and charged me a additional 50 dollars to my bill for a "turning on fee" got to love capitalism and corporations
