Eversource Energy

This company steals from its customers. It is incapable of contacting you by phone, email, or US mail, even though they have all of that on file if there is any issue with your account. If you have solar, I advise you call and request they email you documents because they will steal your credits and not reimburse you until "the stuff they mailed" is signed, "stuff" I never received after my service was working for 2+ months. The level of suck here is a number that does not exist. If there was a guy willing to pedal a bike to power my house I would pay him before giving a dime to this so called company.

They say 1 rate then my budget plan bill keeps going up it's not fair because after I had fuel assistance helped me with winter months Bill's from 11/17 to 4/18 and I still had to pay the remainder of the bill then they were going to lower it instead they higher my budget close to $400.00 every month they're excuse is because supposedly I was using the heat more I'm barely home and the heat is electric it was only half way on the apartment was still cold my budget was supposed to go lower after the winter months was over now they making me pay more than my budget if I didnt have my son helping me my electricity would of been cut off I am using my cpap machine recently got prescribed by my doctor and I'm getting treated for ashma at home with my nebulizer machine when I called one the customer service the lady I spoke with was only going to lower it only $12 but I'm still paying over my budget this need to be taken care of because I'm paying too much of my electricity I'm calling them again to see if they can lower it I'm not having no heater on I hope they be reasonable with me this time.

This is the worst company ever. Super overpriced , it’s insane how this company don’t give a damn. Worst electric company ever. WMECO was way better.

If there was a 0 star rating I would give them that. Worst utility service around, calls are based in Texas, service is sky high and on top of that they suck turtle nuts
