Aero Care Home Medical Equipment

They NEVER answer their phone! Not only that, but they won't even respond to doctors trying to order tests done! Why oh why, Medicare, did you decide to approve them for supplies in this area!

For the past 6 months I have been attempting to get a new cpap machine for my sleep apnea. I have sent the memory stick in 3 times and took my old machine in twice to be downloaded at the Richmond Va office. Aero care tells me that they are sending the insurance co. the information. My insurance Co. tells me that they have had no contact with Aero care. I had given Aero Care a proscription for a new machine, I called back and they told me that I needed a proscription. I left a message for the manager to call me, he called and left a message on another phone that I was not using. PLEASE can I get a new working machine and the supplies for it. Thank you. I give one star only because the program will not let me give less.
