Trustcare was great working with my insurance company to cover the cost of my mothers equipment. We didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. The service dept even came out quickly to repair it after we had accidentally damaged it.

They are literal mafia that work with hospitals to rip off patients. Do yourself a solid and call several dealer's directly and do research online, chairs shouldn't cost more than a few grand. They will take the base price of what you want and multiply it by at least 6x. Want a customization(?!) and they will demand a few thousand out of pocket even AFTER insurance approval for a high payout. Want to ask for a general idea of when they will stop by for a repair(?!) and the general manager will berate you for even asking. They will even bill your insurance for new items when they are damaged and definitely used. All-in-all a small group of individuals that see patients as $$$dollar signs. BEWARE!

Rude, untimely, thieving group of individuals. Shouldn't be allowed to step foot in hospitals lying to patients who need equipment.

Be careful with this company. The staff is very unprofessional and threatening to the general public. The delivery drivers are dangerous on the road and we are filing a police report. When we called the company to notify them of the drivers, the head manager RC also got irate and he was not there to witness the encounter. It's our hopes this family owned business owner Mark Armstrong will resolve the matter. As a business owner, I believe having unprofessional drivers is a liability to the company and something the company should take serious. Especially transporting medical equipment.
