Simple Comforts Home Medical

My parents were four hours away, in their 90s, & still living at home with 24 hrs/day caregivers. As their Medical Power of Attorney & an RN, I oversaw their care & helped identify & purchase various medical supplies, as needed. Determining the highest quality and most cost effective supplies was a challenge. Often I had questions that Amazon & reviewers had not addressed. Becoming frustrated, I began to look locally for someone to help me navigate this maze. I contacted Simple Comforts & Jon Ross, CEO, was wonderful. Good quality, clean items. Kind and helpful staff. I do wish they could pro-rate cost to rent certain items if you don't need them for the whole time but all in all no complaints. Very satisfied.

The customer service at Simple Comforts is top notch, as is their product line. Each experience I've had there has been exceptional and I'll continue to use them for all home medical supply needs. Would strongly recommend visiting their store!

We rented a lift chair which we only needed for a few weeks - everyone was helpful - delivery and pick-up was on time - they also have a wonderful store full of helpful equipment/medical supplies

I've been to this store on multiple occasions for supplies. They always seem to have what I need and the customer service is very good. Glad we've got this shop in Charlottesville as when it comes to home health supplies, I like to see what I am buying rather than order it online.
