I had an order that didn't get filled, after they got the prescription, for about 2.5 months. Then I got the wrong thing and had to call, it was a 45 min. call. They kept saying "so you ordered the thing you always got" and I kept saying NO I went down there and tried on what I needed and they were going to send it right away. Then 2.5 months later I get something different. It has been such a bad experience.

Nothing like Blue Ridge Medical...Customer service?? Well there is none the older gentlemen working the front desk hates his job and dosent seem to want to help you when you come in for service he has the personality of a dish rag! I went in last Thursday to order c pap supplies gave all my information that was needed, i have called back and left a messages and have yet to hear from anyone...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! You want service stay far away from this place.

Can't seem to get anyone to talk with me about a traveling CPAP machine. I get forwarded to different people. After 20 minutes of being transferred to several people, I elect to take my business elsewhere.

`worst company to deal with...will not give you there local phone number...have to talk with someone in TinBuckTwo..may as well be dealing with the government or a utility...can't believe they are a service company...

I have only spoken to them on the phone, my Dr. sent the info they requested 2 days ago, they said they haven't received anything. All I need is a cpap mask. I'll order online, they don't seem to have a clue.
