CCS Medical is the worst medical supply company I have ever had to get my supplies from. Unfortunately I have no choice, but to use them as they are the only supplier my insurance is contracted with. If you can possibly use another company do So! Here is,my story, in July of 2017 I moved from NY to AS. I notified CCS Medical that I would be moving across the country & I was not sure if my new Medicare plan was contracted with CCS medical. I gave them all my new insurance info & they said they would look into coverage. About a month after I arrived in AZ I received a phone call from CCS Medical stating that my insurance company would no longer pay for my Pump because I was no longer enrolled in Medicare. I informed them that was not true, I had already informed them that I had moved & enrolled in a new plan. They claimed to have no record of that. Furthermore Informed them that my insurance company had paid for the pump outright. In addition I had paid a $1000 copay. Again they had no record of this. Lucky for me I had all the paper work to prove that this was true. It seems CCS Medical was billing medicare for a rental, when my supplemental plan had paid for the pump in full. Can you say fraud? It was at this point I wanted to leave CCS Medical. However, my new insurance company has an exclusive contract with them. Lucky me. Fast forward 2 months & I need to order supplies. What a nightmare. I kept being told that my DR. was not faxing the scripts for my supplies, when in fact they were. I had to do without supplies for 2 weeks. I literally stood at my Drs office several times while the script was faxed. I even emailed copies of the faxes to CCS and still they kept claiming they didn't get the fax. Can you say incompetent? They did not even care that I was with out supplies. I asked them to send a couple of courtesy cannula & reservoirs & was told no. They would be sued if they did. Well guess what? If I die or go into a coma you will be sued. Now fast forward to today. I had ordered supplies two weeks ago & was told that they would be shipped on December 13. Last night I needed to change my cannula & reservoirs. I had two canualas left. I opened one up to find it had the cannula sticking out & was uninsertable. The second one had no cannula at all. With my last shipment I had at least ten defective cannulas. I checked the website to see if my order had shipped, to my surprise the order had disappeared from the site. When I called I was told they could not ship my order until the 20th of December. I explained the situation With the defective cannula and still my request for an over night of two courtesy sets was refused. This is despite the fact that I had a letter from my insurance company authorizing shipment of supplies as of DEC 4 I even spoke to a supervisor named Miki A and she didn't care that a diabetic would have no way to deliver insulin for over a week. I will give her credit for offering to call my DR. to up my supply order. Good luck With that since you would probably say you never got the fax. I ended up reporting CCS Medical to my Insurance co. They were wonderful & called CCS while I was one the phone with the insurance rep. Well of course Miki of CCS Medical changed her tune & was very helpful. Suppossedly my supplies will be ordered & overnighted on the 15th. I'm not sure I believe it, so I am posting this here as evidence in the event I should go into a diabetic coma due to CCS Medical's incompetence. My advice to you is to run as far away from CCS Medical as possible.

Representatives are friendly, but company is completely incompetent of correctly handling accounts and billing!!
