Got a bedside toilet from them for my mother after a fall. Worked great until one of the metal protectors holding the bucket In place broke. They replaced it. A few weeks later It broke again in same area and then I was told I'd have to buy a new one. This is unacceptable since their equipment is faulty in the exact same place the first one broke. I'm Taking my business elsewhere!
