Heard back from a recruiter the day after I applied for a position. When I went in for the interview the staff was friendly and extremely efficient. Not only did they quickly secure me a position with a nationally recognized company they basically handed me my dream job. I would recommend this company to both looking for talent and those seeking great employment opportunities.

Very poor place. They led me on about a job offer for a month. Even had me put in notice at my job. Only to tell me I didn't get the job. Then said they would find me something else. Here it's 2 weeks later and nothing. Not even a phone call. My husband was promised a job. Only to find out it was filled. He was told they would find something but that was a month ago. Don't care about their employees.

Godawful & Incompetent Staff. Upon reviewing Google reviews of past employees & ex-employees, I've decided to pass. Maybe you should teach your recruiters how to return phone calls and emails. And when out of the office, there's a nice feature that will automatically send an email to anyone letting them know that you will be out of the office. What a concept huh? ***many of the 4-5 star reviews are as fake as their 'service & commitment' to getting you placed. Nobody gets placed in ONE day.

Aerotek is an amazing recruiting firm, I was very impressed with the professionalism! My recruiter Dylan Pond was extremely helpful and always on top of everything throughout the whole process. After getting an offer, Dylan made sure to keep in touch with details and made sure all my questions were answered. It was a very smooth process!
