Premier Staffing

I called in today on behalf of my brother in law to request the hiring manager's name & contact info that hired him to use on an application for another company. She replied without probing for how long he worked there or who my brother in law was that they don't give referrals. I said I just need it for information purposes & work history & she said to just use the regular number. I said okay, do you have the name of the supervisor he worked for at the company you employed him through & she said she wouldn't give that out. She went on to say she doesn't think anybody would be willing to give him a referral if he only worked there for three days. I said he worked there for several months. She said, "Okay, well if he wants information then he needs to be an adult and make phone calls himself". I responded with, "thank you for the advice" and hung up. I have never had somebody be so unhelpful in all my life & I will never recommend your staffing agency to a friend or family member who is looking fro a job again. EVER.
