Very bad service have waited over 10 days for a response no response I called and got transferred to there office in cedar rapids they told me every single one of there employees where sick that she couldn't help that was on day 5 now on day 10 I call they refuses to transfer me because all there lines keep getting transferred to the one in de moine well if it keeps getting transferred why have a office in cedar rapids if you can't even answer the phones and just wanna transfer them to a different office then I called the call center answered they asked for my social I refused because I am not gonna give my social to a call center I'll give it to them when I reach the office located in my town she decided to reply she can't help me then I called today all there lines are again transferred to the call center so why is there a office there if they can't answer the phones and they again sent another email I've called everyday the last 10 days still no reply sorry for the sloppy typing am rushing to get out the door

Every time I go to qps i have had a bad experience. My boyfriend was working threw qps . Every time we went to qps they had the doors locked or was completely closed on odd days , no note to the employees or a note on the door . Which they told him he could come Friday to pick his check up. We had to wait Tuesday to get his check. We had to call the qps building they have in Des Moines to see what was going on. Tuesday they said he can pick his next check up Thursday. We go there and knock on the door and set outside for about 30 minutes. They truck was out side. It was 10am. We called des moines again this day. They eventually unlocked the door for us while eating a cake i assume coming from the back office. And set there the whole time helping me and another guy that had walked in still eating on her food. Chewing while talking 🤔. And I thought lunch was at 12 till 1. Once again no note on the door or anything. Will never go there again. Good day .
