I had surgery with Dr Crofts. I met with other surgeons and Dr Crofts had an excellent consultation that answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I am very happy with my results and with the care I have had by the staff. Highly recommend!!

I chose Aesthetica because they had Saturday appointments available I went there with them telling me they would open on Saturday for my all my treatment plan (6 visits) and for a year they did. They will no longer be opening on Saturdays and they said they have half a dozen people that need it but until they get more people to sign up they will not offer Saturdays. So I paid in advance for a full treatment session that they are no longer be able to offer me. I have called them two or three things them to see if they have put Saturday appointment back on and when I asked they seem to be put out by me wanting them to work their Saturdays like they promised in the first place and they make me feel like I am mean for asking or seeing if it has changed. I am a very frustrated patient and I have been treated badly.

I love the service and customer service I receive every time I come in. Everyone is so kind and personable at the front desk. Katherine has been so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with treating my acne. I love how I feel everytime I come in.

Front desk and staff were helpful and informative. The removal process is quick and slightly aweful. First one down, I’m excited to see the long term results. 🙌🏼
