The front desk receptionists always go out of their way to engage you in pleasant conversation. The technician staff is friendly and there is rarely a long wait. The office itself has a very clean design and is organized and uncluttered. However, in my experience, booking a convenient follow-up appointment can be tricky, because the popular days/times are usually booked up well in advance. You often will see different technicians each time you go in for a treatment, and one technician may choose a different schedule of treatment, so there's no possibly of booking more than one session at at time. So, consistency of care and appointment availability/flexibility could be improved upon, but overall, I would still recommend them for Laser Hair Removal.

I switch off from seeing Bree and Janelle and they are both amazing. Janelle is so great! Im near the end of my treatments, which means the laser is a little more intense sometimes, but she makes it so bearable. She always remembers details about my life and genuinely cares to ask questions and talk, making me more comfortable and distracted. Bree is really good at making you feel normal when you are half naked and freezing. These treatments have been more than worth the money.

Bought a membership for the wife and she's liked the staff and results. Be sure to get details on how long it takes before full results. There are a few people who said after 6 treatments....it can take longer to see full results as different parts of the body and types of hair are different

I was very nervous to try laser hair removal. I was afraid it would hurt and I would not get the results that I wanted. The staff is amazing here they made me feel so at ease. There was very little pain and the hair was 75% gone with only one treatment. Janelle is absolutely fabulous so knowledgeable. There may be times that you have a wait but the staff really tries hard to stay on schedule. You would not want to be rushed through your appointment. I love the results so much that I have purchased an unlimited pass and they even credited me for the package I already had. I am already addicted after only 2 treatments. I cannot wait to throw out my razor. One tip - if you are not flexible on when your appointments have to be make sure to book out future appointments in advance.

Everyone is so nice. It’s a pleasant experience every time. Also the results are great!
