My "Baby Boomer" body was in trouble.  Hello "60s" goodbye 1960s!  AFP was a solution recommended by a friend in similar circumstances.  Great advice!  For me, the personalized balance between aerobic, stretching, and strength training has given me a fresh start.  I have been going to AFP for 3 years and plan on going for the next 30.  Pass it forward!
