I have been working out here for almost 3 months now. I am overweight and the day I signed up, I was scared of failing, but tired of being trapped in my own body. Jordan and Jewel are amazing trainers! They challenge me, while also modify my sessions as needed to ensure I don’t injure myself. This gym has helped me get my mind right! I feel focused and committed! Thanks to this gym and its people!

These people and trainer come together and give you support snd encouragement. They are awesome and like family. The workouts are great and fit your own personal abilities.

Jordan works with all levels of individuals to help them achive their physical and health goals. He oversees his group class sessions with enthusiasm; and when needed modifies any movements for individuals that are either new to performing the posted exercises or due to physical limitations. He also does personal one on one training, in which individuals can obtain personalized workouts to maximize their results. Jordan loves what he does and wants to help others achieve their maximum potential.

I hear about how great the people are and how challenging the workouts are from my wife almost daily. She love the workouts and has made such a transformation in body and spirit.
