Surefire offers a super fun option for a kid birthday party. Everyone loved the Ninja theme and they made planning so easy. Highly recommend!

I have been working out at Surefire Fitness for the past 3 months. All of the personal trainers are very knowledgeable and give individual attention to all who attend. I felt like they truly challenged me while being careful about keeping me from injuring myself due to poor form. I love that they gave me a fitness assessment before starting the program and customized my workout to meet my needs. The assessment was done again in 6 weeks to mark my progress and change what needed changing. This attention to detail has made me stronger and a lot more knowledgeable about how to meet my health goals. Thank you!

Best place in town for personal and group training. Original workouts with a purpose, certified trainers, all in a friendly and fun environment.

As someone who has never considered themselves to be "athletic" or fit, I was surprised to discover how much I enjoy classes at Surefire. They are always challenging and unique compared to anything else. I know I'm getting a good workout every time. And I really appreciate that Jeff is always researching new theories and concepts related not only to physical fitness and performance, but also diet and nutrition. He clearly knows his stuff, and shares that knowledge with members at Surefire. I highly recommend that everyone try a class at Surefire! I'm willing to bet you will want to come back.
