Cratos

Me and my boyfriend wanted to share our experience of our time at Cratos. We had an upcoming trip to Des Moines and were looking for a great workout. After looking through several other training locations, none seem to fit until we came across Cratos. After speaking with Jay we felt totally comfortable with him understanding our training needs. We set up an appointment for the two of us and we are glad we did! We arrived at Cratos and were made to feel right at home and knew we picked the right place. Steve was able to not only listen to our needs but also put together an amazing workout! Steve ran us through the program and it was exactly what we wanted. We already have plans of coming back in a few weeks. I would highly recommend Cratos to anyone. The facility and training are exceptional. This place has it all...wealth of knowledge, great customer service. Looking forward to our next visit!
