I've brought my car here three times and highly recommend their service. They are friendly, honest, and will absolutely take the time to talk you through whatever needs to be done. The last time I came in, I brought in a list of recommended repairs and quoted costs from another place, and they comfortably explained what was necessary, what was not, what was misdiagnosed, and then gave a better price for the work. What could have been a $2k ripoff for a series of things became an $800 job. It works out for them too, because I'll now come back without hesitation. Oh and I also recommend taking some time to learn 'hello' and 'thank you' in Khmer while you're there. Worth it.

very overpriced and extremely expensive for the slightest problems. They do fix things right but get ready to pay through the nose. I had a front bulb on the headlight burnt they changed the whole front light for over 150 when a bulb is 15 dollars. Also the mechanic loves to scream for no reason and is always in a bad mood. Would not recommend them.

Awesome people. Very direct and brusque, but honest, which is appreciated. Didn't beat around the bush when discussing what was wrong with the car. Fixed it within an afternoon, even though they had to order a new part!

Didn't even get a service done by them but my engine oil light was on even though my engine oil was full and the sensor had just been changed and they were just so knowledgeable about reasons why my light was on. He even pointed out a few other things under the hood that were the result of a lazy mechanic so that now I know more about what to look for after having someone work on my car in order to make sure I don't have any problems.

while we were in Washington, my esclade suddenly had problem with service stabilitrak and traction control light on, the car started to shake during the night. on the second day, we were planning to drive all the way back to michgan. this couple is the best auto repair people I have ever seen. they solved the problem within 3 hours as their first thing in the morning and change me with a ridiculously reasonable price. after I went back to Michigan, they even called me back to ask me about our safety issue. They treat an out-state customer like me in the way with honest and honor. I bet they are the best choice in Washington while you are facing the auto problems.
