Extremely helpful and friendly! I showed up without an appointment to have them look at a broken strut on the trunk door of my Jeep. It was near the end of the day and about to rain really heavily, so they didn't have time to do the repair, plus they still would have needed to order the proper parts. The strut was broken and stuck in such a way that it prevented the trunk from fully closing, thus leaving the trunk ajar and exposed to the elements, like the impending rain. So they quickly removed the strut so that the trunk could properly close, saving me from having to wrap the rear of my truck in weatherproof tarping. They didn't attempt to charge me a cent. They took my information, and said they'd call me back with a quote for the actual repair.

Wow just wow!!! Finding this place is such a blessing!! From the time I called, this team was superb!! They professionally handled the car issue I had with my key getting stuck in the ignition! Specifically Shawn, went above and beyond in explaining everything to me, testing everything out and ensuring that I received my car back quickly!! This place and it's staff are honest, responsive and thorough!! Thank you again Shawn for supporting me in getting a new key for my car that now works!! Please bring this team your business!! I thought I needed an alignment, but when I took it in they said it was fine and didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic either. Five stars for honesty and not trying to take advantage of me.

These guys are so good and thorough that they refunded me money that they didn't need for parts. They've restored my faith in auto mechanics. The average mechanic would've kept the money, but not the mechanics here!
