Brought my car here for work to be done on it. Came back with almost as a many new problems as I brought it in with. They told me I'd have to bring it in for a few days for some expensive, time consuming electrical work. A quick google search and you tube video, $9.52 at the auto parts store, and 2 minutes to pop the hood and change two fuses eliminated the need for multiple days in their shop to find the problem. I suspect either extreme dishonesty or incompetence. I'll never bring my car here again. How is it that someone that knows almost nothing about working on cars could fix a problem so easily, yet they had 2 days with the car and couldn't figure out that I needed a new fuse...AFTER I ASKED THEM IF IT WAS SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE A FUSE REPLACEMENT?

I needed new tires in a hurry having had a nail stuck in one of mine. I ordered the tires over the phone and in 24 hours they were waiting for me and my car to arrive. You can drop your car off or wait for service. There is a waiting room; staff is courteous and work quickly to get you in and out. I was very satisfied with the service, reception, and attendance my car was given.

I came here because of the reviews but my experience was not so good. It took over three hours for my front end alignment (and I made an appointment). I knew something was going on but I remained optimistic. Once I finally got into my car I hit the breaks to put the car in gear and I heard a pop noise and my breaks went flat. I looked under the car and my break hose (driver front) was broken off. The mechanic came to claim nothing was wrong and he didn't do it. I got with the manager and he said he could fill me with fluid and pop the line back in place but not to take responsibility for the broken line since I got suspension work done and not my breaks.. knowing cars, I told the manager this was caused by the mechanic not being careful. Anyone that knows cars, knows the break house sits right in front of the suspension where the work needs to be preformed. Careless attention was a result in breaking this line. I believe this is what took so long with my alignment. I'm sure they were making an attempt to quick fix the break line. After the manager said he would try to pop the line back on and fill the fluid, I knew it would not work due to the pressure that it will just pop off like it did when I first got my car back. The manager kept claiming there not at fault even after I responded that I haven't even moved my car... It was a lost cause. So me and my 2 year old son left and drove the car back home without breaks, using the emergency breaks and shifting down to stop. I would not have let a customer leave my shop with secondary breaking after my employees performed work. Regardless of who's at fault. I got home, ordered the part ($11.00) and did the replacement myself. I would not recommend their service to anyone. I seriously couldn't believe they just assumed to try a quick fix on a break hose. The alignment isn't even that good, my steering wheel is not quite aligned when driving straight. Waste of my time at the shop and replacing a beak hose at home.
