Can I give ZERO stars to this place. Did some work on my car(GEICO recommended me this place). After about 15 days, I heard some rattling noise from under the car and since I did not know what it was and when I took it to my regular dealership, they told me, "THE BODY SHOP FORGOT TO PUT THE SCREWS and PUSH TABS back on my bumper!! How reckless is that. And when I asked about it, their reaction was, "YOU WON'T BE KILLED with something simple like that" Are you kidding me? Hate the place and the manager.

Took my car here after a fender bender. They did a really good job getting her back to her normal. I was pleased with the service. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. There was one mishap when they called me to tell me my car was ready but then it wasn’t ready when I got there and had to come back the next day.

The front desk and mechanics are friendly, and provide quick service BUT the manager is the rudest, most dishonest man I have ever had the unpleasant experience to deal with. I have never in my life has to put up with such a prime example a fragile masculinity to its peak. STAY AWAY FOR THIS PLACE!

I just picked up my car from NE Auto Body. I'm very happy with how my car turned out. They made it look brand new. Mr. Kyle Robinson and Mr. Eddy were really kind and professional. Mr. Eddy explained to me everything that they did. The front desk ladies were very kind and very attentive to anything I needed. Thank you young ladies for your professionalism and kindness.

These people are crooks. They will steal items out of your vehicle. Stay away from them......Insurance companies need to partner with companies that has integrity. BEWARE!
