Got my car back looking good as new. Paul, the estimator for the damages, was very friendly and helpful throughout the process and offered to answer any of my questions on the day I picked up my car. He even had a scratch fixed that was not related to the accident I was in. Thanks!

Outstanding experience. Was referred by State Farm. They were easy to book, provided an estimate quickly, did high quality work in the timeframe they promised, and were nice to work with. I will be recommending them to everyone.

So far, so miserable. I have not gotten my car back yet. This is my first experience with a body shop and my experience may be typical. I selected this place based on the online reviews and convenience to metro/home. When I called they told me that they would keep me updated on the progress and call me "every 1 to 2 days." They have had my car for over a month. Every time I plan to pick it up I find out it is not ready yet, or there has been some hold up they neglected to tell me about. I have now had 4 rental car reservations paying much more than if I had gotten any communication from them and rented by the week or even month. I would have less inconvenience if I had just used USAA's preferred shops in Virginia.
