This is the place that got me in to Ethiopian food! It's mostly plant-based and everything I had was really, really tasty. It's a diamond in the rough and hidden from the regular Nashville scene, but if you come across this restaurant definitely order there. I recommend the 2-Veggie plate, which comes with rice. I also recommend the Sambusa, which I will seek out a match for in the future. Extremely vegetarian friendly (as I believe most Ethiopian food is) and tasty all the way. Can't wait to come back here next time I'm in Nashville.

Healthy, friendly, and intimate! I go here often for lunch and I’ve never been disappointed.

First shot at Ethiopian food for me. The food here was spicy, but not too spicy. The rice was cooked just right: al-dente and neither mush nor crunchy. Portion sizes were generous but not ginormous. Also wide selection. Took off one star for the setting and lack of a fountain drink.
