After recommendation i drove to this store from Alabaster, it took me about 45min. When i came they sign on the door - by the garage getting delivery, will be right back. Went to ask what was going on. The guy basically told me that he has to unload the delivery and it will be about an hour or so. Sorry but never come back. Can't afford to waste another time...

Local company with cheap service packages (cheapest in city). I found them inconsistent, rarely doing all the things their “package” says they do and not really caring about it either. Customer service is low, only the owner can answer a question and he’s only available one hour a day and doesn’t always call you back. If you just need a low cost guy to toss some chlorine tabs in your pool MOST weeks then this is your company. If you want it consistently clean and for your company to provide you good insight on things they see with your pool system then you may have to pay a little more elsewhere. Also it is baffling they only accept you to mail them a check as payment each month in 2016.

Very reasonable, reliable and trustworthy. Very professional. When ever I call with a request, it is done quickly.
