Clearwater Pools of Birmingham

Our original interaction with Clearwater was great-they installed a new liner and it was a fantastic experience; however, we are very disappointed with their monthly service. Multiple times we've been told someone has been out to service our pool but it's quite obvious that nothing has actually been done (pump skimmers aren't working nor have they been cleaned in quite some time; Polaris isn't working properly; a piece is broken, the day after service and my pool is green and slimy) These situations have happened over the course of many months and while they've been pretty quick to fix the concerns I express, I'm having to contact them when the guy servicing my pool should have identified and handled them. I just can't trust this company to do what they say they do so we're going to change.

Polite enough staff, tried to get an estimate for getting a small pool up and going again. Seems like they absolutely did not want to look at it. Very hung up on a 2 week wait for an estimate and then threw a highball number at me to keep from even coming out. Essentially said they weren't going 9 miles for less than $4500.

So much better than Hollywood Pools. They seem to know a lot and actually care about our pool being clean and photo worthy. I've seen a few of their pools in Better Homes and Gardens and would definitely recommend them for anyone in the Birmingham area!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. I will most definitely return with all my needs. Keep up the great work Clearwater!

Very knowledgeable and experienced. These guys turn pools from looking like a swamp to something you'd see in a magazine. The redhead service guy should definitely get a raise.
