Alamo Rent A Car

They were very friendly and had a great selection of vehicles to choose from.

Usually when I rent from Alamo everything is excellent. This time not so good. Rented a suv and it was ants everywhere. Was told to take it to the nearest Alamo and switch for something else. When I get there they had nothing so I had to spray the vehicle for ants myself and keep it.

Very impressed with the vehicle. Was very clean when picked up. Also the service was great for the pressure and weather conditions the employees work under.

Alamo was very helpful with my last minute rental. After the other rental place I had previously booked with....did not have a car for me....Alamo rented me a nice SVU. I was so appreciated of it. Thanks Alamo!!

This was my first time renting from Alamo at the Memphis International Airport. I picked my my car on Friday and returned it on today Monday. No problems. I just need to learn my way around the airport. I rented a corolla but they upgraded to a Malibu. Nice clean car.

I reserved a Premium SUV. When I go there, no SUV but "If you'll take a minivan you can save 20%." What choice did I have with two babies? I took the van, worked fine and returned on time. Instead of $212 for the SUV, $360 for the minivan. I requested a refund. Will update when I hear back.

The renting of the car and the actual car were fine. However, I filled up the gas tank prior to returning the car and it was over the Full mark, unlike when I rented the car, but received a charge notice for a partial gallon of gas once I returned home. Frustrating!!!!
