Prompt service,  they always have cars available,  it takes only minutes usually from entrance to driving off with a car.

I had a great experience at the Enterprise at the Memphis International Airport. I rented a SUV for one week during the pandemic. Quick & easy check-in & return service. The employees were so nice & friendly. They all wore masks. Also there weren’t any additional/ hidden fees. I definitely plan on renting through them again.

Yes, the hike from the airport to the rental car area is no joke.  Still, the lady who helped us check in was very pleasant and gave us an upgraded vehicle.  Easy checkout and check in process, no complaints here.  Car was in fine condition.
