Minimal contact.. Staff was very accommodating for our needs.  Vehicle was nice.  Provided a ride to our home after drop off of rental.

The staff is always friendly. very speedy service

My reservation time was 12pm but I didn't get a car until around 1:30pm. I was sent to another location because the original one didn't have any cars. Once I got the car everything was great. I ended up with a Ford Fusion which drove really well. I normally rent pickups or SUV but it was had great pickup for a car.

I really like the ease of getting in and out renting vehicles through Enterprise. Of course I'm an Enterprise plus member. Almost every vehicle I have gotten has been pretty new and gets great gas mileage.

Rude white agent, he only checked white customers, my daughter stood there and he didn't help her. Just rude.

COVID-19 has impacted the customer service and hospitality during my rental experience.

Quick, fast, and easy no you need this paper and that paper just your driver license,  insurance and how your going to pay for it. The service out there is fantastic and helpful.

The staff is always courteous.

the air of the car didn’t work ! it had a strong spell ! in my opinión they are disrespectful ! they basically disrespected us !
