Car smells like so that's unfortunate, pretty clean, and price was over hundred dollars more than what was paid when made reservation

I usually rent from the downtown agency, and they are most helpful, cordial and efficient. The rental is ready, clean and any questions that I have have been honestly answered. Numbers where I can get support while renting are pointed out to me. Whenever I left an item in the car on return they held it for pick up. Great service.
