This is the first time we have used Budget in Memphis, and the staff at the rental desk just don’t care about their jobs. It took forever for them to process one rental, others just sitting around on their phone or just goofing off. I was really disappointed that they just nickel and dime you until they really are not the best value.

Budget typically has the type of vehicle I enjoy renting, but I normally have to go to the airport location for availability. The price is usually reasonable when you book and pay online.
