Alamo Rent A Car

Had a flat tire and no spare in the vehicle. It had to be towed and I was responsible for the tow fee and storage. I guess the customer should make sure they bring their own spare.

The guys at Alamo are always friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. It's been so far the best car rental company I've rented from. Definitely recommend them.

Great service, selection, and deals. Need more Toyotas. And since the kiosk is no more I was lost when I got to the return. Had to use another companies employees to return car. They should have noted that outside in the return area.

Would not rent me a car because they say that I did not have a major credit card when they never specified that anywhere in the fine print. Would not do it because we are taking the car out of state. I would not recommend this car service because they lie to you and the ledge

Took a long time to complete my rental at ICT Wichita Eisenhower Airport It was 4:30 PM on September 3, 2020 and no one was "manning" the Alamo rental area. Finally determined that Enterprise could complete my Alamo rental. What a joke... Don't rent from Alamo in Wichita, KS airport.

I rented an economy car at the Wichita International Airport. The pick-up process was very quick, and the representative very courteous and professional. I have no complaints about the car. The drop-off was very quick and easy, and the representative very courteous and representative. I would rent from this site again.

A little hard to figure out when I landed as Alamo is now enterprise. No alamo booth open and I wandered a bit looking for help.

Took over a hour to get the car I was told I was to get and when I was offered a different car to replace it it was given away before I could make a choice
