Budget Car and Truck Rental of Wichita

Apparently they're too rich to answer their own phone The international people say why aren't you calling one local I said this is the number under their sign I don't know what to tell you so then I tried it again same thing well I guess someone else will want my money worse than you do sucks to be you people

I had a very good experience renting my SUV for my trip. I was a little nervous because I generally never rent cars but everything worked out even better than planned. Great car great service..thank you Ashtyn you were a great help!! It's so nice to see that good customer service skills still exist out there.

I reserved a vehicle online, only to find out that they didn't have any in the entire city when I arrived. I understand that things happen but when the manager is rude to my wife over the phone when she calls to ask what happens, that deserves a 1 star. Go elsewhere.

We had a reserved truck in our neighborhood but the guy wrote it down for Sunday midnight to 8 A.M. instead of Saturday from 10 A.M. to Noon. So we had to drive to other side of town and get a larger truck too big for the same price, but get 25 miles free. So the bad and the good!
